HR Network: Workplace Investigations

Allegations of workplace misconduct are serious business, and the way a claim is managed has a direct impact on outcomes. In a private club, missteps in the process can result in significant damage to the club’s culture, reputation and finances. Knowing how to conduct an effective internal investigation that will withstand legal scrutiny is a core competency for HR professionals. In this webinar, we will examine best practices for workplace investigations of a variety of claims including sexual harassment, discrimination, embezzlement, fraud and confidentiality violations.

Use & Application: Strategic Monthly Dashboard Learning Session

Wednesday, May 27th, 2020
2:00 PM to 3:15 PM EASTERN

The goal of this webinar is to help participating clubs learn how to use the Strategic Monthly Dashboard (SMD) effectively and to communicate the mission critical insight it delivers to your board and committees.  During the 75-minute session, each of the four SMD reports will be reviewed in detail: Membership, Cost of Belonging, Initiation Fee and Joining and Finance. The insight flowing from each metric will be addressed. The use of the filters and the implication of each filter will be reviewed, and we will discuss how to present the information accurately and effectively to your Board and your Membership and Finance committees.

The SMD provides relevant, strategic insight that can be harnessed to change the dialogue in the boardroom by elevating strategic governance over operational governance. The purpose of this webinar is to assure every registered user at your club knows how to understand and apply the SMD to change the dialogue in your club.
