An introduction to monthly key performance indicators for private clubs and summary of key trends in membership, cost-of-belonging, and high-level financial metrics based data captured through the Club Benchmarking Strategic Monthly Dashboard (SMD). The SMD was introduced in early 2019 as a free service for the industry which allows participating clubs to see their own trends relative to the local competitive market and to the industry overall.
