Financial Confidence Bootcamp

wisconsinbadger-540c_1_orig

The Club Benchmarking Financial Confidence Bootcamp is designed for GMs, AGMs, Controllers, or anyone aspiring to be a GM. Limit 30 total.

The balance of power in board and finance committee meetings can be challenging, especially if your board and finance committee members happen to be professional financial executives (CPAs, CFOs, CEOs, etc.). While those volunteer leaders understand finance, they do not understand the specifics of private club finance. This four-part series (three virtual sessions and one in-person workshop) is designed sequentially to build the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to communicate, discuss and even debate club finance with anyone, including a Fortune 500 CFO.

Register for all three virtual sessions described below by completing the form on the right side of this page and save the dates on your calendar. We will send you a reminder with a login link before each of the three virtual sessions.

Virtual Session #1: Thursday, January 9 - 9:00-10:30 am (CST)
Fundamentals of the Private Club Financial Business Model

Virtual Session #3: Thursday, January 23 - 9:00-10:30 am (CST)
The Balance Sheet (Capital Ledger) and KPIs That Matter
