Join our COMPASS capital planning team

We are expanding our COMPASS capital planning team and have openings for two Capital Asset Managers and a Capital Asset Analyst. These positions give preference to candidates with club industry experience, and all three involve travel.

Bachelor’s degree

Capital Asset Manager

Lead onsite inspections of club physical assets, interview club management teams, document asset inventories and write COMPASS Asset Evaluation Study reports.

Capital Asset Manager

The same COMPASS role for candidates with a mechanical engineering or architecture degree and a PE, RS or equivalent certification.
