Part 1: Introduction to the Executive Dashboard Through extensive study of club industry data, we have isolated a set of key questions that can be used to assess, monitor and predict the financial and operational health of a club. To help clubs answer those questions, we identified specific metrics and ratios. The result is a standardized Executive Dashboard for the club industry that establishes a common framework and common language for “measuring what matters.”
