Conference Education: "Process Trumps Politics" On Wednesday afternoon (March 11th) Club Benchmarking CEO Ray Cronin will lead an education session which focuses on the concept of a standard KPI dashboard designed to be effective in clubs of any size. Cronin will be joined by Michael Wheeler, COO & General Manager of Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA, and Jim Butler,  President and General Manager of Grey Oaks Country Club in Ft. Yacht Club Trends: On Thursday morning, March 12th, Ray will join forces with Georgia McDonald and Stu Gilfillen of U.S. Sailing for a look at trends in the Yacht Club segment of the industry. The session will include a presentation of Yacht Club benchmarks based on targeted data-gathering. CLICK HERE for session details.

Tracking a defined set of Key Performance Indicators can provide a clear picture of a club's trajectory and long term sustainability. Over the last five years, extensive analysis of club industry data has helped us identify  the factors that have the most direct correlation to the health of a club. In a recent Fast Facts webinar, Club Benchmarking COO Russ Conde explored KPIs related to Payroll, Dues, Capital Income and Available Cash and explained why each of those is important.
